Abstract

随着纪录片的发展,美食纪录片作为其中一种类型,逐渐备受关注。而纪录片的制作过程与内容呈现方式,是影响观众获得信息的重要因素。由央视出品的美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》以内蒙古自治区五彩缤纷的风物美食为视角,横跨东西方悠久历史。从四个方面展示了内蒙古人民的三种美食:自然智慧、遗产和饮食传统,描绘了一幅和谐与美味的美丽画卷。作为近些年来美食纪录片的优秀作品,该片蕴含的文化价值及内容呈现出的影像表达非常值得研究。

内蒙古作为一个自然地理丰富的地区,山脉、森林、草原、湖泊,滋养出生生不息、百态自然在内蒙古辽阔的土地上,牛羊成群,骏马奔腾,奇珍藏林,鲜鱼卧水。人们在似水流年中,接受着自然的洗礼,也体悟着人间至味的一方乾坤。自然也孕育着丰富多样而又极具特色的蒙古草原饮食习惯,美食种类丰富又处处彰显着人文气息,给本文研究带来了极大的乐趣。

因此,本选择美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》为研究对象,旨在探究其内容呈现特点及制作过程,并分析其意义与价值。从而深入理解美食纪录片制作的重要性和特点,并为相关文艺创作提供参考。本文运用文献研究案例分析的方法,对美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》进行全面深入分析。通过细致的内容分析、会意的阅读和丰富的观察而得出一定的结论。通过对美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》的内容呈现方式和制作过程的分析,该纪录片结合文化底蕴、自然景观、美食文化等素材,情节鲜明、制作精良,深受观众喜爱。该纪录片与其他美食类纪录片不同之处在于,其注重文化和地域的结合,强化了美食的地方特色和内涵,突出了文化差异性,具有重要的意义与价值。同时,本文将在梳理关于美食纪录片的发展现状和研究现状,通过对美食纪录片概念进行归纳整理,理解纪录片的本质为真实性,结合本文案例,通过鉴赏分析《有滋有味内蒙古》在内容呈现上的方式,具体表现为视觉语言、听觉语言,以及叙事方式,通过文本分析,从文本、话语实践和社会实践出发,综合分析出美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》在内容呈现上,美食与原材料的紧密联系。

总之,美食纪录片《有滋有味内蒙古》凭借其丰富的内容与制作的精良,不仅吸引了大量观众,也展现了新时代纪录片制作的发展趋势。而本研究也为今后相关纪录片的制作提供了一定的启示。未来,相关美食纪录片制作人员可以从深入挖掘当地文化,注重素材创新和制作质量的角度来推进美食纪录片的制作水平,为纪录片创作注入新的活力。

English abstract

With the development of documentaries, food documentaries, as one of the genres, are gradually gaining attention. The production process and content presentation of documentaries are important factors that affect the audience's access to information. The food documentary "Taste of Inner Mongolia", produced by CCTV, takes the colorful and gourmet food of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as its perspective, spanning the long history of East and West. It showcases the three cuisines of the Inner Mongolian people from four aspects: natural wisdom, heritage and culinary traditions, painting a beautiful picture of harmony and deliciousness. As an excellent work of food documentaries in recent years, the cultural values embedded in the film and the visual expressions presented by its content are well worth studying.

Inner Mongolia is a region rich in natural geography, with mountains, forests, grasslands and lakes, nourishing the living and a hundred forms of nature. In the vast land of Inner Mongolia, cattle and sheep flock together, horses run, strange treasures hide forests, and fresh fish lie in the water. People in the like of water years, accept the baptism of nature, but also appreciate the best taste of the human side of the world. The rich variety of food and the humanistic flavor of the Mongolian grassland have brought great pleasure to the study of this paper.

Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the content and production process of the documentary film "Taste of Inner Mongolia" and to analyze its meaning and value. In this way, the importance and characteristics of food documentary production can be understood in depth and provide reference for related literary creation. This paper uses the methods of literature research and content analysis to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the food documentary "Nourishing and Tasty Inner Mongolia". Through careful content analysis, meaningful reading and rich observation, certain conclusions are drawn. Through the analysis of the content presentation and production process of the food documentary "Nourishing Inner Mongolia", the documentary combines the cultural heritage, natural landscape, and food culture, and the plot is distinct and well-made, which is loved by the audience. At the same time, the documentary differs from other food documentaries in that it focuses on the combination of culture and region, reinforces the local characteristics and connotations of food, and highlights the cultural differences, which has important significance and value. At the same time, this paper will sort out the development status and research status about the food documentary, through the concept of food documentary to summarize, understand the essence of documentary as authenticity, combined with the case of this paper, through the appreciation and analysis of the way of content presentation of "Nourishing Inner Mongolia", specifically expressed in visual language, auditory language, and narrative style, through text analysis, from the text, discourse practice and social We analyze the text, discursive practice and social practice to find out the close connection between food and raw materials in the content presentation of the food documentary "A Taste of Inner Mongolia".

In conclusion, with its rich content and excellent production, the food documentary "Taste of Inner Mongolia" not only attracts a large number of viewers, but also shows the development trend of documentary production in the new era. This study also provides some inspiration for the future production of related documentaries. In the future, relevant food documentary producers can promote the production level of food documentaries from the perspective of digging deeply into local culture, focusing on material innovation and production quality, and injecting new vitality into documentary creation.
